It looks like I had started writing a continuation, so once I finish it, I\u2019ll upload it again!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As I descended the stairs leading underground, I found a reception desk.
It was the so-called ‘Gambling Reception’ I had heard rumors about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The receptionist spoke to me.
Receptionist: “Today\u2019s game is liquid. Please choose the girl who will endure the longest.”
On the screen in front of me, five girls were shown, restrained against the wall with their arms and legs spread apart.
Each of them was wearing a micro bikini, but it was so revealing that it was almost as if they weren\u2019t wearing anything at all.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The girls had a single large letter from A to E written on their abdomens.
It seemed that these letters served as their identification markers.
For now, I chose D and set my bet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The receptionist said, “Please proceed to the back.”
Passing through the corridor, I entered a spacious area resembling a theater.
A large curtain hung over the stage, obscuring the view inside.
Surprisingly, most of the seats were occupied, so I took the only vacant seat I found in the center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A loud “Bzzzzzz\u2014”<\/strong> signaled the start of the show, and the surroundings went dark.
Announcement: “The show will begin shortly.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the curtain on the stage slowly rose, the voices of the girls began to fill the air.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: “What\u2019s going on all of a sudden!?”
D: “This is\u2026 a spotlight\u2026?”

The girls appeared on stage, dressed exactly as they were in the footage I had seen at the reception.
Looking closely, it seemed that hoses were inserted into their rears.
The ends of the hoses extended into the shadows of the stage, making it unclear where they led.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After a while, a whirring sound from an electric winch began to fill the air.
Then, a single drum can, suspended by wires, slowly rose from the shadows of the stage.
All the hoses extending from the girls’ rears were connected to that drum can.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the drum can rose higher, I could see liquid flowing through the hoses.
The liquid was making its way toward the girls’ butts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “This strange feeling in my butt\u2026?”
E: “Huh\u2026 my stomach\u2026 it\u2019s starting to rumble\u2026”
A: “What is this\u2026 it feels like it’s getting bloated\u2026”
C: “Toilet!!! I need to go to the toilet!!!”
B: “I’m scared!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It seemed that the drum can had turned into an irrigator, and the girls were being given an enema.
However, the drum can had a capacity of at least 200 liters.
No matter how you looked at it, there was no way it could all fit into the stomachs of just five girls.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The drum can continued to rise, increasing the pressure in the hoses.
For now, the girls could probably endure it by tensing their stomachs slightly.
However, if the pressure kept rising, some of them would eventually be unable to withstand it.
When that happened, all the liquid from the drum would be enema-infused into that girl
\u2014would she be okay?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “Guh!!! My stomach is swelling so much\u2026”
A: “Why!?!? What’s happening!?!?”
E: “I\u2026 I think\u2026 it’s the hose in our butts\u2026!!”
C: “No!!! I can’t pull the hose out!!!”
B: “It hurts!!!! It hurts so much!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The girls’ stomachs began to swell.
The drum can continued to rise, increasing the pressure in the hoses.
At first, soft and cute noises like gurgle<\/em> and churn<\/em> came from their bellies,
but gradually, those sounds turned into loud, intense rumbling<\/em> and gurgling<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: “My stomach is going to bursttttt!!!!!”
C: “I can’t take itttt!!! Stoppppp!!!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Being forcibly made to swell their bellies seemed to cause immense pain.
Each girl was gasping for breath, tears streaming down their faces, and large droplets of sweat dripping from their bodies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “My stomach!!!!\u2026 It’s so\u2026!!!!”
E: “I can’t breathe\u2026 it’s too much\u2026”
B: “Ughaaaahhh!!!!”
A: “Hah\u2026 hah\u2026 hah\u2026”
C: “Help me!!!! Someone, please help meeeee!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The slender body had a belly protruding out, with faint veins visible beneath the skin.
Beneath the stretched skin of the abdomen, the large and small intestines, swollen with liquid, were tightly packed inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: “Ughhh!!! I’m at my limit!!!”
E: “Grrrghhhhhh!!!!”
D: “It hurts\u2026 so much\u2026 stop it!!!!”
B: “Ughhh\u2026 aaahhh!!!!”
C: “Nooooooo!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The appearance of each girl’s belly was more like that of a pregnant woman than a fat person.
Either way, for these five young girls, whose experience was doubtful at best, it was a size they had never encountered before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: “Aahh\u2026 Aahhh!!!!”
Something seemed off with B.
She had been swaying her hips from side to side, making movements like a dance, but what was she doing?
B: “Take it off!!!! Someone!!!!”
She shouted, and the speed of her hip movements increased.
A sound of liquid moving inside B’s stomach, like plop-plop<\/em>, began to be heard.
It seemed she was trying to pull the hose out of her rear by thrusting her hips.
Her hip movements were impressive, possibly from dancing, but unfortunately, that wouldn\u2019t be enough to remove it.
As that meaningless time passed, B continued to be filled with liquid.
B: “Hah!! Hahii!! Hah!! Hah\u2026!!!!”
Her belly steadily grew larger, and her movements gradually began to slow down.
Her stomach was already as swollen as a woman in the late stages of pregnancy, and just looking at it, I could feel the weight she was carrying.
B: “N-noooo!!! Nooooooo!!!!”
She was still barely moving her hips, but her movements were so sluggish it was almost like she wasn\u2019t moving at all.
With a disturbing creak, her belly pushed out even further.
The surface of her abdomen became uneven, and the swollen shapes of her intestines started to faintly show through.
B: “Ugh\u2026 bleeeergh!!! Cough cough!!”
Her stomach was probably already filled to the brim with liquid, and she was trying to vomit it out.
But some kind of device seemed to be preventing it, causing drool to gush out instead of the liquid.
B: “Gofuh! Gefuh!! Aaaaaaaahhhhhh!!!!”
The sound of her restraints clanging as she desperately pulled at them echoed through the room.
And finally, her belly swelled to the size of a woman in her final month of pregnancy.
B: “\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc\u3063!!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bwooooosh!!!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It happened without any warning.
With a deafening blast, B’s stomach burst open, sending blood-mixed liquid and chunks of flesh splattering everywhere.
From the gaping wound in her abdomen, her intestines, still swollen with liquid, began to gush out one after another.
The wet, slapping sound of splat-splat-splat echoed throughout the venue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She let out a voiceless cry, her body convulsing violently.
B\u2019s belly was still round and swollen, and liquid continued to spray out from her intestines dangling from the tear.
Deep inside her abdomen, her stomach\u2014still bulging\u2014and what appeared to be a heart pulsating with a heavy throb were visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E: “H-Her stomach just exploded!!!!!!!”
C: “Kyaaaaaaa!!!!!!”
A: “Her insides are spilling out\u2026 ugh!! Bleeergh!!!!”
D: “Why!? Why is this happening!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announcement: “B has ruptured.”
A worker appeared from the side of the stage and approached the drum can, closing the valve on the hose connected to B\u2019s rear.
The liquid that had been gushing from B\u2019s stomach gradually began to slow down.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: “Ah… ah… gopoh<\/em>…”
B\u2019s body, still suspended by the restraints, twitched slightly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E: “S-She\u2019s still alive!!!! W-We have to help her!!!”
D: “It\u2019s impossible\u2026 not with wounds like that\u2026”
A: “Hah\u2026 hah\u2026 ugh!!”
C: “H-Hiii\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B: “Gopoh… guhh… gehhh… geboooooo!!!!!<\/em>“
She vomited up a large amount of liquid mixed with blood.
The light gradually faded from B\u2019s eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E: “H-Hey\u2026 hey! Say something\u2026”
D: “I-Is she\u2026 dead\u2026?”
A: “Help me\u2026 help me\u2026”
C: “No\u2026 no\u2026 I don’t want this!!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The remaining girls’ bellies were also swollen like women in the late stages of pregnancy.
There was no time left for them to grieve B\u2019s death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E: “T-This is bad\u2026 my stomach!!!”
A: “Stop\u2026 please stop!!!!”
D: “Are we\u2026 next\u2026?”
C: “Nooooooo!!!!! I can\u2019t take it anymore!!!!!”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The sound of restraints clanging echoed throughout the venue.
Each girl, just like B before, began swinging their hips from side to side, moving almost like they were dancing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: “It hurts!!!!! It hurts so much!!!!!”
Loud gurgling and rumbling sounds echoed from deep inside C’s stomach.
C: “My stomach feels so heavy\u2026 I don\u2019t want to die!!!!!!”
Her belly, swollen like a woman in her final month of pregnancy, had become deformed, with her navel protruding outward.
C: “Guehh\u2026 geeeeehhhhh!!!!!”
She spat out saliva, but nothing else came out.
A sickening creaking sound began to come from her belly.
C: “No!!! No, no, no!!! I don\u2019t want to die!!!!!”
She arched her back, thrusting her belly forward, and began thrashing violently.
The loud clanging of her restraints echoed through the hall.
C: “Iiiiigyaaaaaaaa!!!! I don\u2019t wanna diiiiie!!!!!!”
Her stomach swelled to the size of a woman about to give birth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Splrt!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C\u2019s stomach split slightly, and a spray of blood-mixed liquid burst out from her abdomen.
The tear was small, so unlike B, her internal organs didn\u2019t spill out.
C: “Moooom!!!!! Mooooom!!!!!”
She screamed, twisting her body and thrashing around like a madwoman.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E: “This is\u2026 too cruel\u2026”
A: “Hiiiiiiii!!!!!!!”
D: “Ugh\u2026 how could this happen\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: “It huuurts!!!!! Help meeee!!!!!!”
The force of the gushing liquid pushed a torn piece of her intestine out through the wound, leaving it dangling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once again, a worker appeared from the side of the stage, approached the drum can, and closed the valve on the hose inserted into C\u2019s rear.
The liquid gushing from C\u2019s stomach gradually began to lose its force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C: “Am I\u2026 still\u2026 alive\u2026?”
Her belly was still bulging, filled with a massive amount of liquid, but since the wound was small, the damage seemed relatively minor compared to B.
C: “S-Someone\u2026 call an ambulance\u2026 gghhh!!!”
But before she could feel any relief, something was clearly wrong.
C: “Gahh!!! Why\u2026 why is this happening\u2026 gaha!! Geh!!!”
She vomited up a large amount of blood, staining her mouth bright red.
The sheer volume of liquid inside her must have ruptured her internal organs.
C: “Ah\u2026 no\u2026 it\u2019s so\u2026 cold\u2026”
The light faded from C\u2019s eyes.
But none of the other girls mourned her passing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “Hah\u2026 hah\u2026 my stomach can\u2019t take any more\u2026”
A: “Ugh\u2026 it hurts so much!!!!”
E: “I\u2026 can\u2019t\u2026 anymore\u2026”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of the girls had bellies swollen like they were in their final month of pregnancy, leaving them completely overwhelmed with their own suffering.
With a sickening creak-creak<\/em>, their stomachs swelled past their limits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: “Ughii!!! I can\u2019t take it anymore!!!!!”
D: “I\u2026 I can\u2019t hold on!!!!!!”
E: “That valve!!!!! Stop it!!!!!! Someone!!!!! Aaaahhh!!!!!”
She reached out toward the drum can\u2019s valve, but there was no way she could reach it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bwooooosh!!!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E\u2019s stomach burst open.
The force was so intense that her body split in half, torn apart from the center of her abdomen.
The massive amount of liquid and internal organs that had filled her belly splattered across the area, leaving the scene in complete chaos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

E: “\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026”
Her upper body, still suspended by the restraints, didn\u2019t move an inch.
From the cross-section of her torso, her stomach and intestines hung down, connecting to her lower half lying on the floor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announcement: “E has ruptured.”
Once again, a worker appeared from the side of the stage, approached the drum can, and closed the valve on the hose inserted into E\u2019s rear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: “We\u2019re\u2026 the only ones\u2026 left\u2026”
D: “Is there\u2026 really no way\u2026 for us to survive\u2026?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Liquid was still being pumped into the two remaining girls.
Their overstretched bellies creaked ominously as they continued to take in more liquid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: “My stomach can\u2019t take it anymore!!!!!”
D: “I\u2026 I can\u2019t\u2026 take this any\u2026 longer!!!!!!”
Both of them arched their backs, thrusting their swollen bellies forward as they yanked hard on their restraints with a loud clank-clank<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bwooooosh!!!!!!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “Gofuh!!!! Eboh!!!!!”
D\u2019s stomach was the first to tear open.
From the violently ripped stomach and intestines, blood and a massive amount of liquid sprayed out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “Th-this can\u2019t\u2026 be happening\u2026”
Her still swollen belly rose and fell in sync with her desperate, labored breathing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announcement: “D has ruptured.”
Once again, a worker appeared from the side of the stage, approached the drum can, and closed the valve on D\u2019s hose.
The liquid gushing from D\u2019s stomach gradually lost its force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D: “What was I\u2026 even born for\u2026 aaahhh\u2026”
Slowly, the light faded from D\u2019s eyes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A: “Ugggghhh!!!! I can\u2019t take it anymore!!!!”
Cracks, like stretch marks, began to appear all over A\u2019s swollen belly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announcement: “Congratulations. A is the last one.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A worker appeared from the side of the stage, approached the drum can, and closed the valve on A\u2019s hose.
A: “Ugh\u2026 wh-what\u2026 is this\u2026?”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Announcement: “Thank you very much for attending today.
Your bets are only valid for today.
Please make sure to visit the payout counter next to the reception desk before leaving.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leaving the sole survivor, A, on the stage, the curtain slowly descended.
A: “Wait\u2026 what is this\u2026 what\u2019s going\u2014”
She was cut off mid-sentence as the curtain fully closed, silencing her voice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
