She glanced around nervously, checking if anyone had heard.

A deep noise erupted as Elina twisted her body sharply.
Her stomach, teased and stretched by the air inside, swelled even further from within.

Elina let out a guttural cry, tongue lolling from her mouth like a wounded animal.
I quickly reached out and covered her mouth, trying to muffle the sound.
A few passengers around us turned with concerned looks.
