【Measurement of Abdominal Capacity】
A silent death sentence.
To address the problem of an overabundance of women, the government secretly implements a population control plan.
Selected individuals are summoned to the nearest hospital under the pretext of abnormalities discovered during routine health checkups.
The doctor calmly explains, “This is a simple test to measure abdominal capacity,” and instructs the patient to lie on the examination table.
At first glance, the test seems harmless. However, once air begins to be injected, the situation starts to change.
As the abdomen expands upward, the patient feels an increasing sense of pressure. A strong wave of nausea rises from the back of the throat, gradually transforming into sharp, stabbing pain.
The doctor does nothing but repeat in a detached tone, “Just a little more,” or “Relax.”
Eventually, the internal organs are crushed, and the patient is consumed by excruciating pain as their abdomen feels ready to rupture from within.
Terrified, the patient has no choice but to trust the doctor’s words. There is no salvation.
The only release comes at the final moment, when everything is surrendered.
Silenced, the now-lifeless patient is quietly taken away by the government as a missing person.

“Please lie down on the bed and expose your abdomen.”
“Alright.”

“This air tank contains 2500cc of air.”
“Alright.”
“Now, I’ll use this air tank to inject air through your backside.”
Hissssss
“Ugh… ahh…”
“There’s no need to tense up. Just relax and loosen your body.”
“Y-yes…”

“The air tank is empty. 2500cc of air has been injected.”
“Ugh… ahh… my stomach… it hurts…”
“Where does it hurt?”
“My stomach… ugh… it feels like… it’s being squeezed… and pushed out…”
“The internal pressure is increasing. Try to relax your abdominal muscles.”
“B-but… it’s too much… ugh… are you… going to keep going?”
“It may feel a bit uncomfortable, but you’ll be fine. Now, let’s switch to a new tank.”
Hissssss

“The air tank is empty. That makes it 5000cc so far.”

Gah… ughhh!!

“I did ask you not to have breakfast beforehand, didn’t I? Please make sure to follow this rule next time.”
Cough, cough… M-my stomach… it’s so… big… now…”
“It’s fine. Women’s bodies are naturally designed to handle abdominal expansion.”
“A-are you… g-going to… continue…?”
“Don’t worry. Let’s move on with a new tank.”
Hissssss
Hic… ahh… ughhh…!!

“The air tank is empty. That makes it 7500cc so far.”

“My stomach… I can’t… it’s going to… burst…!”
“Is this the first time your abdomen has expanded this much?”
Panting… I-I can’t… it’s… too much…!”
“Your breathing is becoming shallow. Let me check the internal pressure for a moment.”
Hic…!? W-where are you putting your finger… n-no, stop…!!

“The pressure is increasing due to the abdominal compression. I’m going to insert a device to prevent anything from pushing outward.”
“W-what…? No, that’s… t-too big… I can’t…!!”
Press
“Ahhh!?… D-don’t push… please…!!”
“It might feel a bit uncomfortable at first, but you’ll soon get used to it and it’ll help distract you.”
Sink, sink, sink…
“Aaaghhh!! Ughhh…!!”

“The internal pressure is pushing the device outward. Are you alright?”
“Huff, huff… ugh… uuuuugh!!”
Squelch!
“Oh, it seems to have slipped out.”
“Pant, pant, pant, pant…”
“Did that help distract you a little? Now, let’s switch to a new tank.”
Hissssss
“N-no…!? Stop… ugh… aaaahhh!!”

“The air tank is empty. That makes it 10,000cc so far.”

Gahh… gaahh… ah, ahh… n-no… stop…!!
“Your abdomen doesn’t seem to expand much. Are you already at your limit?”
Higii… i-it’s going to… break…!!
“Some of your friends handled much more, so you’ll be fine. Let’s switch to a new tank.”
Hissssss
“N-no… no way… stop… no… please…!!”
“Don’t move. You’ll only put more strain on your abdomen.”

“SPLAT!!!”

Guh… hih… h-help… me…!!
“Relax and take slow, deep breaths.”
Hahh, hahyu, hyuu… hyu… hyu…
“Your eyes are starting to glaze over. That’s good.”
…Uh… ugh…
“Does it feel like you’re suffocating? Don’t worry; it’ll be over soon.”
